I just had my first doctor's appointment on Thursday and I measured 9 weeks and 3 days. This pregnancy still doesn't seem all that real to me, but just got a whole lot more real to Jarod when he was able to see the gummi bear baby developing inside me. We are hoping for a boy which probably means that we will be having a girl... but according to Jarod, because our ward is so full of baby girls and because of the eternal law of balance... we will be having a boy. We will see. Here is the ultrasound that the doctor's took last Thursday. You can see the head, body, arms and legs.
