Talent Not Dead

I figured it was about time to try my hand at drawing Reagan. I used to draw pictures of my cousin Jaden when I was in high school and couldn't wait to do it for my own children somday. Well, that day ended up being today. I found a recent picture that I liked and I did my best to recreate it. I usually use the tecnique of gridlines, but our printer ink has gone dry. Instead I traced the outline of Reagan to get the size I wanted and went from there. I did it in about 2 hrs so I could definitly have taken more time and got it more acurate, but I have little patience when it comes to pictures I want done. Mostly because I want them done right when I start them. Oh well, I have always been fast at everything I do. I am fast at walking, talking, drawing, writing, and more. I darkened the shadows a bit because it was a little hard to see from the initial scan but you get the picture. :)
