I looked into changing my major from Early Childhood Special Education to Professional Preschool and what I found out is that I could graduate in about a year. I would have 34 credits left to take come this fall. It would be really nice to be finished with school, but for the most part I would be changing because I have found out through working at the preschool that I don't want to work with children older than 5 for my career. Jarod said that this might be our niche. . . that we may have something going for us as a business. He has a few other ideas for business adventures so he may start one of those and help me out with starting a preschool out of my home. It is still in the process, I don't know if I will be changing yet, but we'll see.

Graduation Changes

I think starting a preschool is a great idea. I have been telling Alli that is what she should do, also. Maybe you should encourage her. Natalie's sister-in-law runs her own preschool out of her house and loves it! It isn't tons of money, but it is enough and can be tons of fun. Good luck!
